M de Minuty is the flagship rosé from Château Minuty, one of Provence's most celebrated Cru Classé estates. Produced from a carefully selected blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren, the grapes are hand-harvested before gentle pressing and cool fermentation to preserve their vibrant freshness. Aromas of citrus, white peach and red berries lead to a beautifully balanced palate with delicate minerality, silky texture and a clean, refreshing finish that has become synonymous with premium Provence rosé.

Perfect served chilled at 8–10°C with seafood, Mediterranean salads, grilled fish, light tapas and white meats.
