Matured for 35 years, this rare Dumbarton grain whisky delivers exceptional richness and complexity. The nose opens with layers of Oloroso sherry, delicate floral notes, cedar wood and crème brûlée, complemented by hints of flambéed banana. The palate is generous and full-bodied, revealing butterscotch, custard cream biscuits, honeycomb, stem ginger and baked apple, balanced by subtle oak spice and sweet sherry character. A long, elegant finish lingers with toasted oak, cinnamon, liquorice and ripe orchard fruits.
