Delivery Information
We deliver to mainland UK only.
UK mainland: We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. Deliveries to certain postcodes may take up to 15 days – please see the list below for exceptions.
International delivery: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Islands, except for Jersey).
Orders may be shipped from multiple suppliers, so items may arrive separately and delivery charges will apply per supplier.
Age Restrictions
- It is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol, or for any person over 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for anyone under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient are at least 18 years old.
- Boisdale operates an age verification policy at all delivery and collection points. You may be asked to provide ID on collection or delivery. If the courier is unsure of the recipient’s age, they will request ID. If satisfactory ID is not provided, the courier will not leave the alcohol.
- An authorised person aged 18 or over must be present at the delivery address to sign for the products.
- Delivery to a neighbour or nominated safe place may not be available for age-restricted items such as alcohol. We are not liable if an unauthorised person takes delivery. The courier’s confirmation of delivery will be binding.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items unless they are damaged or incorrect.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to process your refund or replacement.
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
