1. Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online shop, add the items you love to your basket, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We’ll do our best to help! Please contact our Customer Service Team at shop@boisdale.co.uk or call 020 7730 6922 as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be able to be changed or cancelled.
2. Delivery
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: Currently, we deliver to UK mainland only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to international addresses or certain islands.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery is usually 2–7 days. Certain remote postcodes may take up to 15 days. Delivery is free on orders over £150, otherwise a £12 charge applies.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery?
A: Yes, for age-restricted items such as wine and spirits, an authorised person over 18 must be present to sign for the delivery.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return food or drink items?
A: Due to their perishable nature, we can only accept returns if the items are damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: Can I return non-perishable items?
A: Yes, unopened non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. All payments are securely processed by our payment providers.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save your details, and manage your preferences.
