Colour: Deep amber
Nose: Dried orchard fruits, honey, hints of toasted oak and soft spice
Palate: Rich caramel, nutmeg, baked apple, with gentle oak and vanilla
Finish: Long, smooth, with lingering warm spice and subtle fruit notes
Perfect neat or with a few drops of water. Pair with dark chocolate, aged cheddar or roasted nuts.
