Nose: Hazelnut coffee, rum and raisin fudge, dark chocolate orange, heather honey, dusting of gristy barley
Palate: Spicy heather honey, white pepper, cinnamon, sweet raisins, dried fruits, salt caramel toffee
Finish: Balanced raisin sweetness, soft spice, and a touch of leathery smoke
